Why take a private photography course?
Why should you take a private photography course? Everything can be found on the Internet, right? Yes it is! Your textbooks had everything in them too, so why did you have to go to school? Because surely there is someone to explain the story to you and where you can ask questions....!!!
It's not a course "...just set the camera to automatic....". What I do do is tell you in plain language how to set the camera with minimum actions!

For whom.
Are you enthusiastic about photography and want to take your skills to the next level? Then this course is perfect for you! We will delve deeper into the technical aspects of photography such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO value. At the 2-day, you will also learn about more advanced topics such as white balance and RAW files, and we will study photos from the first class you took. Led by experienced course leader Emile Verhijden, you will develop your own photographic eye.
What camera do I need?
You can participate with a more elaborate compact camera or a digital SLR. The brand or type is not important, as long as your camera is manually adjustable in terms of aperture, shutter speed, ISO value, etc. A manual with your camera may be helpful. Please contact us if you are in doubt whether your camera is suitable.

How often?
We plan the course dates together by mutual agreement. You can choose classes in the morning or afternoon. The 2-day course has an interval of 2-3 weeks, so you have enough time to make your assignments and practice. Of course we look at what your wishes are, maybe you want it faster in a row or you want some more time. Anything goes!
Location:
The course takes place in Bingelrade (between Sittard and Brunssum) at Dorpsstraat 134. The course starts at 9:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. (other times are possible by arrangement). Parking is available in front of the door.

This is because different interests apply then and because of the additional administrative actions and payment arrangements that are often used.

Photography is a craft. Just having a nice camera won't get you there. Out of frustration I threw the camera in the figurative corner and lost my joy. Until I received the two-day course as a gift. And then the second day extra explanation and looking at and discussing the photos taken together. All the time to ask questions and get the necessary tips. For my birthday I was offered the 2 day course at Emile. Full of expectations I went there. With enthusiasm and passion Emile talks about photography. The course lays a good foundation for understanding photography and being able to take a picture as desired. The content is logically structured and easy to understand for any layman.
